Purchase process
- Goods in our online store are categorized into "In-stock in Japan" and "Pre-order items".
- "In-stock in Japan" means the goods are already in our warehouse and can be shipped back to Hong Kong with the next logistics batch.
- "Pre-order items" are generally expected to be shipped within 2 weeks after placing an order. However, as suppliers may run out of stock, please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability before placing an order.
- All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Pickup process
- We generally use SF Express for shipping.
