Purchase Process:
- Goods in the online store are divided into "In-stock in Japan" and "Pre-order items."
- "In-stock in Japan" items are generally expected to be shipped within 2 weeks after placing an order.
- For "Pre-order items," as sourcing takes time and suppliers may be out of stock, please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm before placing an order.
- All goods, once purchased, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- If an item is out of stock, the deposit or paid amount will be fully refunded.

Delivery Process:
- Our store generally uses SF Express for shipping.
- We will notify you by email after shipping and provide a tracking number.
- Free shipping for orders over $1000 store-wide.
- Please provide us with the correct SF Express address, recipient's name, and phone number to ensure accurate delivery.
