🟩 Pistachio (IROIRO's personal recommendation)
Using BABBI's unique pistachio blend ratio, carefully baked to create a rich pistachio paste, luxuriously kneaded into the Financier.
To bring out the deep umami of the nuts, a hint of sea salt is added as a garnish, making the overall flavor more layered.

🟫 Hazelnut (IROIRO's personal recommendation)
Carefully selected Piedmont hazelnuts from Italy are gently roasted to maximize their aromatic fragrance and rich flavor. After being made into hazelnut paste, it is kneaded into the cake batter.

🧂 Salted Vanilla
Using Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, beloved by pastry chefs worldwide, to create a premium vanilla paste, resulting in a gently fragrant and sweet vanilla Financier.
A touch of sea salt is added as a garnish, making the sweetness more refreshing and balanced.
Recommended to be served chilled for a better flavor.

🧀 Ricotta Fig
Figs are simmered until caramelized, concentrating their rich umami into a jam, which is then combined with smooth ricotta cheese and kneaded into the cake batter.
The texture is moist and juicy, with the rich sweetness of cream, cheese, and fig perfectly blending in the mouth, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste.

  • Goods in our online store are categorized into "In-stock in Japan" and "Pre-order items".
  • "In-stock in Japan" means the goods are already in our warehouse and can be shipped back to Hong Kong with the next logistics batch.

  • We generally use SF Express for shipping.
