From the classic Italian dessert brand BABBI, their Financier series uses a base of selected nut paste, blends European fruit processing techniques, and is carefully baked in Japan.

🟩 Pistachios (IROIRO's personal recommendation)
Using BABBI's proprietary blend of pistachios, carefully roasted to create a richly aromatic pistachio spread, which is then luxuriously incorporated into financiers.
To bring out the deeper flavor of the nuts, a touch of sea salt was added as a garnish, giving the overall flavor more layers.

🟫Hazelnuts (IROIRO's personal recommendation)
We select carefully selected hazelnuts from Piedmont, Italy, and gently roast them to bring out their rich aroma and flavor to the maximum extent. The hazelnut paste is then kneaded into the cake batter.

🧂Salted Vanilla
Made with Madagascar's Bourbon vanilla, a favorite among pastry chefs worldwide, this premium vanilla sauce creates a delicately aromatic and sweet vanilla financier.
Add a pinch of sea salt as a garnish to make the sweetness more refreshing and balanced.
It is recommended to eat it chilled for better flavor.

🧀 Whey cheese fig: Cook figs until caramelized to extract a rich, savory jam, then combine it with smooth ricotta cheese and knead it into the cake batter.
The texture is moist and juicy, with the rich sweetness of cream, cheese and fig blending perfectly in the mouth, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste.
