This collection features Katsushin-do's two classic shrimp crackers—Sugata-yaki and Aburi-yaki Shrimp Senbei—fully showcasing the umami and aroma of the shrimp.
▍Sugata-yaki 🦐
Whole shrimp are split in half and meticulously arranged by artisans on an iron plate for grilling.
Retaining the original shape of the shrimp, it offers a crisp texture and rich shrimp aroma, making it Katsushin-do's most iconic product.
▍Aburi-yaki Shrimp Senbei 🫓
The umami of shrimp is highly concentrated and made into crispy, thin crackers.
