"Ebi Ichie" is an exquisite gift box carefully assembled with Katsushin-do's two most representative handmade shrimp crackers – Arashio and Sugatayaki.
Both are made from whole shrimp, but through different baking methods, they exhibit distinct textures and layers.
▍Arashio (あられ焼き)
Whole shrimp are baked three-dimensionally, retaining their original shape.
The shrimp meat inside is firm and plump, with layers of umami stacking from inside out. This shrimp cracker allows you to fully experience the authentic taste of shrimp.
▍Sugatayaki (すがた焼き)
After the shrimp are halved, artisans painstakingly arrange them one by one on an iron plate for baking.
With a crispy texture and rich shrimp aroma, it is Katsushin-do's most iconic masterpiece.
