猶如圓月一樣渾圓嘅最中種，配上可愛兔仔圖案，係中秋賞月最應景嘅手造最中。「最中」呢個名字源自平安時代和歌，江戶時代開始流傳至今。用丹波大納言紅豆細火慢煮而成嘅香濃紅豆餡，夾喺酥脆最中種入面，一口咬落香脆同綿密紅豆餡完美結合。
