Design Introduction
These are the famous three-color dumplings from Matsuyama, Ehime. The green head is matcha flavored, while the yellow and brown bodies are filled with white bean paste and red bean paste, respectively.
The Japanese text on the back reads: "方っちゃん団子"
"Bo-chan Dango" is the name of Matsuyama's three-colored dango, and it is one of the most representative souvenirs of the area.
Named after the protagonist of the novel "Fang Aki", The designated wagashi (Japanese sweets) for pairing with tea at Dogo Onsen in Matsuyama.
