文化小知識
炸蝦原本唔算名古屋特產。藝人タモリ以前喺電視上模仿名古屋腔，將「エビフライ」講成「えびふりゃー」，令人以為炸蝦係名古屋名物。之後當地提供炸蝦嘅餐廳愈開愈多，今日真係成為咗「名古屋めし」之一。
至於背面講嘅三文治，名古屋老字號喫茶店「コンパル」（1947年創業）嘅炸蝦三文治正正係當地名物，一份夾住3條炸蝦，仲有玉子燒。
