文化小知識
咖喱源自印度，但傳入日本係經英國，時間大約喺明治初期。當時日本海軍受腳氣病困擾，於是參考英國海軍嘅伙食，將咖喱配白飯，一般認為退役軍人其後將呢種食法帶到全國，咖喱飯亦慢慢成為日本人嘅國民美食。
