Pickup process

  • We generally use SF Express for shipping.

  • Please clearly fill in the SF Express address, recipient's name, and phone number to ensure successful delivery.
  • Please ensure you have installed the SF Express app and receive SF Express notifications. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to not receiving SF Express notifications.
  • Our Hong Kong partner is located in Kwai Hing. If you require a face-to-face pickup, please contact us in advance via WhatsApp to arrange it.
