Outer layer uses:
Premium Tanba Dainagon Azuki Beans: These red beans have thin skin, good texture, and do not easily break after cooking.

Artisan Hand-Cooked Azuki Bean Paste: Insists on hand-cooking by artisans in a copper pot, ensuring the red beans are distinct, vibrantly colored, and have a moist, fluffy texture.
Natural Ito Kanten: Uses natural ito kanten provided by a century-old brand, giving the red bean paste a unique texture.

Inner layer:

Soft Gyuhi (Habutae Mochi): The center is wrapped with very soft Habutae Mochi, achieving a wonderful balance with the melt-in-your-mouth red bean paste of the outer layer.

Best Before Date: 30 days from the date of manufacture (26 days in summer).
