Purchase process

  • Goods in our online store are categorized into "In-stock in Japan" and "Pre-order items".
  • "In-stock in Japan" means the goods are already in our warehouse and can be shipped back to Hong Kong with the next logistics batch.
  • "Pre-order items" are generally expected to be shipped within 2 weeks after placing an order. However, as suppliers may run out of stock, please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability before placing an order.
  • All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • If an item is out of stock, any deposit or amount paid will be fully refunded.

Pickup process

  • We generally use SF Express for shipping.
  • We will notify you by email after shipment and provide a tracking number.
  • Free shipping for orders over $1000 storewide.
  • Please clearly fill in the SF Express address, recipient's name, and phone number to ensure successful delivery.
