文化小知識
福島名物「円盤餃子」，即係圓盤餃子，唔係普通一排餃子，而係將餃子沿住平底鍋排成一個圓形，再一次過煎熟，成個餃子盤好似「飛碟／圓盤」咁。一盤通常成 20 幾隻，餃子底部煎到非常香脆、金黃， 餡料通常蔬菜比例較高，所以食落比想像中輕盈。而且「円盤餃子」已經獲日本文化廳認定為 100年フード，係福島市非常具代表性的鄉土美食。
