Design Introduction
The Japanese word for the heart: "Aizu no Spur"
"Aizu" is a region in western Fukushima Prefecture, famous for its horse meat sashimi.
In the Aizu region, it is often served with spicy miso or garlic soy sauce, resulting in a rich flavor.
The Japanese text on the back reads: "马刺し馬すぎ".
It's a pun: "马刺し (basashi, raw horse meat sashimi)" + "うますぎ (it's so delicious)".
So the whole sentence means: "The sashimi is so delicious!" / "The raw horse sashimi is ridiculously good!"
