The Japanese word for the heart (or chest): "Omi beef"
"Omi beef" is one of the three major Wagyu beef brands in Japan (alongside Kobe beef and Matsusaka beef), and is also the oldest Wagyu beef brand. It is a famous product of Shiga Prefecture.
In Japanese on the back: "A5だからHigh-grade".
It means: "Because it is A5 (the highest level), it is high-level."
