It means: lemon milk.

Remon milk is a milk drink that has been popular in Tochigi since the Showa era.
Despite its name, "Lemon Milk," it contains absolutely no real lemon juice !
Because adding real citric acid would cause the milk to separate, only artificial flavorings are used for taste.
Many Japanese people consider it " the taste of Tochigi's childhood ." Today, it's no longer just a drink for Tochigi residents, but a "famous drink that tourists from all over Japan seek out."
