 "Edamame mochi" is a representative dessert of the Sendai region in Miyagi Prefecture.
"Zunda" is a local delicacy well-known in the Tohoku region, made by mashing cooked edamame into a paste, adding sugar for flavor, and then spreading it on soft, glutinous white rice cakes.

Japanese text on the back: 「えだまめだよ」
 It means "I am an edamame~", emphasizing that one's true identity is an edamame.
