🍑 Sweet and juicy, perfectly ripe white peaches transformed into melt-in-your-mouth jelly
Locally sourced white peaches from Aichi Prefecture, Japan, selected and harvested at their peak ripeness in summer. Each peach is hand-blanched (peeled with hot water), preserving the peach's fibers and texture, then transformed into an aromatic jelly.
The naturally sweet taste is complemented by a touch of Western liquor for enhanced aromatic layers, resulting in a smooth, non-cloying texture. Each bite is like eating a real ripe peach.
Awarded the "Honorary President's Award" at the 28th National Confectionery Exposition, Hokkaido (Asahikawa Kashi Haku 2025).
