Purchase Process:
- Products in our online store are categorized into "In Stock in Japan" and "Pre-order Items".
- "In Stock in Japan" means the goods are already in our warehouse and can be shipped back to Hong Kong with the next batch of logistics.
- "Pre-order Items" are generally expected to be shipped within 2 weeks after placing an order. However, as suppliers may run out of stock, please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability before placing an order.
- All goods purchased are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- If an item is out of stock, any deposit or amount paid will be fully refunded.
Collection Process:
- Our store generally uses SF Express for shipping.
- We will notify you by email after shipping and provide a tracking number.
- Free shipping for orders over $1000.
- Please clearly fill in the SF Express address, recipient's name, and phone number to ensure correct delivery.
- Please ensure you have installed the SF Express app and receive SF Express notifications. We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred due to not receiving SF Express notifications.
