The Japanese value "serving guests with flowers," and Hana-Ichi combines tradition with modernity to launch a variety of "Osuimono Monaka" (a type of instant soup that combines the Monaka mochi shell with the soup base and can be enjoyed simply by adding hot water), turning the soup into a "flower" that can be brewed.
